Why number of subscriptions in dashbord Adapty dosen't coincide with dashboard Apple?

We integrated SDK Adapty iOS two month ago and now I watch MRR report and report Number of Subscriptions.
Value in dashboards Adapty doesn't coincide with value in dashboard Apple.
Why?
